This machine is my company's own R & D and has a number of independent intellectual property products. The machine according to the mechatronics design ideas for design, compact structure, beautiful appearance, convenient connection.

3、Using precision stepper motor subdivision drive control, ensure accurate positioning, to ensure that there is no needle bending phenomenon;
4、 Start and stop moving speed changes according to the index law control, to ensure the smooth moving process, small impact, low noise;
5、 The use of industrial 16 bit special controller, to ensure the long-term reliability and stability of system;
6、 Flexible design, sample depth can be adjusted at any time according to requirements;
7、Using a ball screw nut, to reduce friction, improve the transmission efficiency;
8、The use of imported engineering plastic sliding device, no need of lubrication, reduce environmental pollution;
9 、Main components using the light metal alloy and stainless materials, light weight, corrosion resistance;
10、According to different customer needs can be customized products;
11、Autosampler communications with the host computer using the RS 485 bus mode, optional high baud rate, long distance transmission, reliable communication, and is convenient for system extension. Can also be based on user needs to switch to RS 232C and other standard interface.
